Privacy notice

This notice explains how ALFable, the founder-led strategy and product practice of Alexandru Filip (“ALFable”, “we”, “us”), handles personal data when you visit alfable.com or contact us.

What we collect

When you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics may collect technical and usage information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, and interaction events. If you choose to contact us by email or the contact form, we receive the information you send, including your name, email address, and the content of your message. When the contact form is connected to a form provider, that provider processes your message on our behalf to deliver it to us.

Why we use it

We use optional analytics to understand how the site is used and improve its content and experience. We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss a potential project, and manage any resulting professional relationship. Analytics storage is enabled only with your consent; enquiry processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Cookies and similar storage

The Google Analytics tag is present in consent mode with analytics storage denied by default. Google Analytics cookies are enabled only when you choose “Allow optional” in the cookie banner. Fonts are served from this website and involve no third-party request. See the Cookie policy for detail and how to change your choice.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal data. When optional analytics is enabled, Google acts as a service provider for analytics. Information may also be processed by service providers needed to operate email, website hosting, or professional administration. We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond, manage the relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the site footer. To make another privacy request, email alex@alfable.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
